Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zack’s Woodworking (https://www.zackswoodworking.ca/). The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during holiday seasons or for custom CNC/laser-engraved items), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use Canada Post and other reliable couriers to ensure your handcrafted wood products arrive safely.

Standard Shipping (Ontario): 2-4 business days

Standard Shipping (Rest of Canada): 4-7 business days

Standard Shipping (USA): 7-14 business days
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zack’s Woodworking is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Local Pickup
For customers located near Welland, Ontario, we offer a free local pickup option. If you select "Local Pickup" at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will contact you via email with instructions on when and where to pick up your items.
6. Damages
Zack’s Woodworking is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
However, we take great pride in our work. If you have concerns about the condition of your arrival, please reach out to us at zackswoodworkings@gmail.com so we can assist you in navigating the process with the carrier.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. For inquiries regarding shipping to other countries, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
